What does the DRC do?

• Provides expertise and serves as a resource for persons with disabilities and the workforce development system.
• Assesses and addresses the needs of individuals with disabilities seeking job readiness, job training and employment opportunities.
• Facilitates the job placement of individuals with disabilities.
• Conducts outreach to the community, develop linkages with employers and provide education to both students and adults with disabilities regarding high-growth career areas.
